BIYU is offering high-quality tools and gear on-demand, delivered sustainably across Amsterdam. As part of their three-person design team, I helped build a design system from scratch and optimized the entire rental flow. My work led to a conversion boost from 1.8% to 3.2%, streamlining the checkout across both web and app and making sustainable renting as effortless as owning.
